The trigger notification feature allows you to set up customized email notifications. You can use triggers to automate several types of notifications, like letting affiliates know when a commission or a payout is generated or notifying yourself when an affiliate signed up for a program.


 

You can set this up in the settings section of your dashboard.


Events

Trigger notifications fire when certain events take place. You can create a trigger notification when there's a;


New Conversion

A new conversion was created or approved.


New Commission

A new commission was created from the conversion.


New Lead

A new lead was created


New Lead Commission

When a lead converts and triggers a commission.


Awaiting Payout  

Affiliates are awaiting payout (date reached).


Weekly Campaign Reports

Account Report is generated every 7 days from the first campaign creation.


Post-Purchase Widget 

A user activates and enables the post-purchase widget feature.


Post-Purchase Email

A user activates and enables the post-purchase email feature.


Account Suspension

Fires when there is a failed billing attempt over one month and when a user violates Metricks' policy.


New Affiliate Sign-up

When a new affiliate signs up to join a program.


New Affiliate Approved 

Affiliate is successfully approved.

Setting Up Events

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard

Step 2: Go to your settings


 

Step 3: Click on notification triggers

Step 4: Set up email notifications

Step 5: Select your event and campaigns and save
